Controls has a $50 or Euro 50 minimum order policy and accepts
many types of orders from single piece custom orders to blanket
orders with "Kanban" releases. We accept credit card
orders (MC, Visa, Discover, and AMEX) or PO's with a credit
reference, and offer quantity discounts. All orders will be
charged a $10 minimum packaging and handling fee. All foreign
import taxes are the customer's responsibility. We are focused
on prompt and efficient customer service and will work with
your special requirements toward a mutually beneficial solution.

Terms And Conditions
All
US orders will be in U.S. currency and EU orders will be invoiced
in Euros or Pounds at your preference. All PO's will be net
30 days, F.O.B. factory. Unless specified, all shipments will
be SMD selected common courier.
All quotes are valid for 90
days from receipt and all changes must be in writing and require
customer or SMD approval. All prices are subject to change
without notice and will be held to quote terms or price on
date of order receipt.
Warranty
and Liability
SMD
warrants all products free from defect in materials and workmanship
for one year from date of shipment. SMD reserves the right
to review and analyze all defective materials before credit
or disposition is given. Any attempt to alter or modify the
product will void the warranty. SMD is not responsible for
damages incurred as a result of misuse, mishandling or improper
application installation.
All products are tested prior
to packing and are shipped with approved methods to ensure
safe arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to notify
SMD of product damages within 30 days. Strain Measurement
Devices shall not be held responsible for any damages caused
by late or lost shipments. SMD will make all reasonable efforts
to repair or replace goods damaged or lost in transportation.
